The pungent, herbaceous aroma of Clary Sage has a strongly uplifting yet soothing effect on the mind and is a non-toxic, non-irritant and non-sensitizing oil. Thought to bring “clarity” when there is confusion mentally, Clary Sage is an excellent oil to use for meditation. Also perfect for women through puberty, child bearing years and post menopause as it is very balancing. In times of worry, try soaking in a warm bath containing 2 drops of Clary Sage, 2 drops of Geranium and 3 drops of Lavender and dilute in 10ml of Peach Kernel oil (All available from Absolute Aromas store store).
