Description
These self watering spikes are made of a natural terracotta. Simply push into the compost in a planter, plant pot or hanging basket, as far in as it will go. Keep topped up with water, and the water will trickle down to the roots as and when the plant needs it. If the compost is damp enough, the water stays in the olla. When the compost is dry, it causes the water to be pulled out by osmosis, and delivers it efficiently to the roots. Simple and clever!
