MultiScrew 4.8 x 100mm Baypole Window Screws are specifically designed for the joining of PVCu bay window sections, but frequently used for other window and door fabrication purposes. Low Profile Phillips Wafer Head – combined washer and shallow rounded dome head minimises the amount of screw projecting from the frame. Bright Zinc Plated Steel Self Drilling Point Tip – offers resistance to corrosion and needs no pre-drilling or pilot hole required. Phillips 2 (PH2) drive type head – offers improved grip & saves time – no need to swap drill bits or drill pilot holes. Eliminates uPVC Creasing – the head prevents creasing the profile, unlike countersunk screws. The Phillips Wafer head incorporates a washer and low-profiled dome head. The washer-like head spreads the load and can not be pulled into the profile and crease it – unlike traditional countersunk screws. Bay Pole screws not only provides a neater appearance – it also stops water from potentially pooling and causing corrosion. Self Drilling Point Tip – no pre-drilling or pilot hole required.
