How to Assemble:
1. Draw your favorite pattern on the windmill paper.
2. Fold the four corners of the pre-cut windmill paper and secure them with small fasteners.
3. Add small petals, then insert the longest plastic pin through the center holes of the petals and the windmill paper, connecting it with a fastener.
4. Attach the colored plastic rod to the windmill to complete it!
