Soudal PU Expanding Foam Remover removes all remains of cured PU Expanding foam with out a problem. It can be used on PVC and Aluminium framework without any danger or a harmful effect on the surface. The packaging contains brush to apply paste and a spatula to remove the dissolved foam. For freshly spilled foam, use Gun and Foam Cleaner.
Instructions for use – Mechanically remove or carefully cut away cured foam as much as possible. Apply undiluted paste abundantly with brush. Leave to act PU Remover during at least 30 mins, max 1 hour. Remove dissolved foam with enclosed plastic spatula. Wipe off with dry clean cloth. If necessary, repeat treatment by re-applying paste. Polish up with a damp cloth. Do not use on untreated copper, brass or zinc. Always stick to recommended working time to avoid damage to the surface. If possible carry out preliminary compatibility test on an un-seen part of the surface. Risk of staining on porous surfaces. Keep out of reach of children.
