These M3 threaded inserts are ideal for securing fasteners into plastic materials. The set includes 100 brass inserts with an outer thread size of M3 and a length of 4mm. Each insert has a diameter of 4.2mm, ensuring a tight press-fit installation into holes drilled or molded to size. Also included is a heat set insertion tool that simplifies the process of embedding the inserts. Simply heat the tool, insert a brass insert, and press into the prepped surface. Once cooled, the insert is firmly affixed. Use with matching M3 brass knurled nuts (also included) to assemble components with durability.
