Our traditional hook and band hinges come in two parts a rectangular hinge plate that fits to the gate post, and a band which fits to the gate. They are the perfect option to secure heavy weight external gates. These hinges are made of premium Iron which is a durable material and robust hardware component. Complete set is coming with protective layer of epoxy black coating which offering corrosion resistance. Adjustable hinges keep the post flush with the door/gate.
Manufactured from premium quality solid iron material a strong and sturdy metal known for its resilience and longevity. The iron base provides the necessary strength to withstand the rigors of frequent use, making it suitable for heavy weight external gates.
Our adjustable hook and band hinges feature a rectangular hinge plate that attaches to the gate post, an adjustable band which attaches to the gate and an adjustable threaded bolt with an eye on the end which allows you to level or shift the position of the gate easily by loosening or tightening the bolts during fitting or in the future if movement occurs.
Comes with removable hook pins for fitting to wooden gates. The hook pin is fitted to the post with the band fitted to the gate. The gate is then offered up to the hook and lowered onto the pin allowing the pin to take the weight of the gate. To prevent removal of the gate depending on the weight distribution of the gate mount the top or bottom pin upside down.
