In the Everdell expansion Pearlbrook, players discover an underwater world in the Valley of Everdell. To do this, players send ambassador frogs to the Pearlbrook river to collect beads with which they can create fabulous wonders and jewellery in their city. There, deep below the iridescent surface of the river, they also meet previously unknown aquatic creatures and stunning new buildings. The first expansion for Everdell, Pearlbrook, in addition to a new game piece, the river, as well as the associated river and jewellery cards, also contains beads as a new resource as well as new nature and building cards. The second edition of Everdell: Pearlbrook was made to material. Freshwater and now includes more beads, 3D wonders, 14 new cards and three new peoples: axolotl, beipples and starlings. The beads are now made of plastic and the score block is not included.
