Description
Cleaning the pump every 2 weeks is essential to the longevity of fountain.
1. Remove the pump cover. You will need to use a fingernail inserted into the seam to open it.
2. Remove the impeller cap by placing your fingernail underneath the small edge.
3. Use a fingernail to remove the impeller, which is held magnetically in place. Clean the part with soap and warm water, and then reassemble these.
If it stopped working, please troubleshoot as following:
1e the power adapter to check if there are foreign matters in it;
2k if the power cord is gnawed and destroyed by the pets;
3k if the pump is blocked by the foreign matters. Take out the pump for cleaning: detach the cover and take out the rolling bearing. Rinse it with water under the tap, you can also clean it with toothbrush
