Ensure roofs, gutters and pipes are securely sealed. The functional roof and gutter sealant is specially designed to fill connections and joints in guttering, downpipes, roof panels and tiles, as well as other roofing applications. The durable roof sealant is both waterproof and weather-resistant, making it ideal for outdoor use and is designed to be highly flexible and durable, ensuring long-lasting and effective results for a range of materials.* The cartridge sealant ensures a wide coverage of approximately 11m using a 6mm bead, making it ideal for larger or more challenging jobs.
To use: Before applying ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust. Residues of old sealant or other materials as well as mould must be removed completely. While applying the sealant ensure that the joint is completely filled. Smooth off the seal to ensure best results and a good contact between the sealant and the surfaces. You can easily remove fresh sealant by using a cloth soaked in with white spirit or alcohol. It is recommended to clean and maintain the joint regularly.
