COMPOSITION. Inner fabric: 100% Polyester cationic / 90% Polyester cationic. Main fabric: 42% Polyethylene low density / 58% Polyester cationic. Coating: 100% Polyurethane / 58% Polyester cationic. 10-YEAR WARRANTY. ADJUST BACKPACK. 1 – Loosen all the straps (straps, hip belt, load adjuster straps). 2 – Put the backpack on. 3 -Tighten the shoulder straps. 4 – Adjust the load adjuster straps as needed. Place small items that you will need during the day (e.g. sunblock, map, glasses, etc.) in the pockets. LABORATORY TESTING. We conduct laboratory tests to validate the components: fabric, buckles, straps, foam and zippers, etc. A final test on the finished product simulates the kind of treatment to which it will be subjected over several years, to assess the strength of the assemblies: the backpack is loaded with weights and placed on a dummy that replicates thousands of fast walking movements. PRODUCT TESTING. Our design team imagined, thought up and designed the Quechua products in France, at the foot of the Mont Blanc. We test them in the field with other hikers to make sure that they are comfortable and durable. Whether it is Brittany or Corsica, we visit as many locations as possible, in all weather conditions. These field tests involve lots of discussions, which are very useful in getting your feedback and planning our future collections!
