1kg of clear blue tempered glass chips. This glass is specially manufactured to tolerate high temperatures so it wont spit or shatter. This make it suitable for use in gas fires, firepits, ethanol burners and other living flame fires. Chips range from 1cm to 2cm in length and their shape means they sparkle in the flame of a fire giving a warm blue glow. They work well on their own or look great with our Firebrand Direct logs especially our white birch log sets.
We do not sell coals, pebbles or logs for any individual fires as each company has their own spares usually available. Our coals, pebbles and logs are direct from UK RCF manufactures and often are the exact product that would have been supplied with the fire, however due to the warranty offered by the fire manufactures they will only recommend spares purchased directly from themselves. The products on offer are not designed to fit specific fires, although they have been found to be suitable for a wide range of gas fires. Firebrand Direct is not responsible for any loss of warranty caused by their use. We take no responsibility for any damage to the fire that may be caused by improper installation of our products. All work carried out on gas fires should be done by a competent person or gas safe engineer.
