Description
This standard Cat6 / Cat5e RJ45 modular crimp connector plug made of durable oxygen-free copper and plastic materials for Cat5e and Cat5 cables. The modular plug connector is ideal for creating custom-length network cables for personal use and connection. Gold plating leads to better data transmission and higher signal strength. Plug features 50-micron gold-plated contacts for terminating Cat6 and Cat5e network cables. The connector contains three metal “teeth” that hold the wire in place to provide a secure connection. Easy to terminate, these connectors can be used to create custom length jumpers from bulk cables. The pin assignments for these connectors can be TIA / EIA 568 or 568B.
