20, 100 or 1000 x Double Sided Foam Glue Dots, 3mm Thickness, Various Diameters, Adaptable & Strong Adhesive The double-sided foam adhesive dots KS 763P are made from a durable polyethylene foam with a thickness of 3 mm. The extremely high adaptability of this material in combination with the double-sided coating of special, strongly adhesive synthetic rubber adhesive is the ideal property for excellent adhesion on uneven, rough and textured surfaces. For optimal, long-term results, the double-sided foam adhesive dots KS 763P are preferably used indoors. Areas of application: – Gluing, fixing and fastening of assembly and installation parts made of paper materials, metals, plastics, wood, varnishes, ceramics, etc. – Buffering or distance forming adhesion and connection. – Fixing of fabric materials and felt. Technical features: – Material: closed cell PE foam. – Adhesive: synthetic rubber. – Cover: silicone paper with flap, white. – Total thickness: 3 mm. – Thermal load capacity: limited (max. Operating temperature range between approx. -25 °C and +75 °C). – UV resistance: limited. – Ageing resistance: good. – Shelf life: approx. 12 months after receipt by the customer under product conditions Instructions for use: The remaining time of the adhesive before the actual load is at least 24 hours Please note that materials such as ceramics, glass, varnish and some plastics often have a specially sealed surface, which can greatly affect the adhesion of the adhesive.
