Tips for use 1. Ensure the foldable cup contains no liquid when collapsing 2. Open the rubber plug on top of the lid to allow air into the cup 3. Remove the white protective grip from the middle of the cup 4. Collapse the cup down into its small size 5. Insert the white protective grip upside down into the bottom of the collapsed cup 6. Carry around in your pocket or bag with all lids closed and sealed
