UniBond RE-NEW Cartridge – refresh old sealant in one easy step!
Does your sink sealant in the bathroom or your kitchen silicone need refreshing? With UniBond RE-NEW Cartridge, quickly rejuvenate dirty, cracked or mouldy sealant by simply applying the silicone on top of existing sealant using a cartridge gun without the hassle of scraping out old sanitary sealant – it´s that simple! An integrated auto-smooth nozzle ensures an even finish – there is no need for masking tape or a finishing tool. Thanks to the triple protection mould resistance the joint filler covers, stops and prevents mould growth for long-lasting protection. One cartridge of this mould resistant sealant covers on average 20m (3 sinks, 3 baths, 3 showers).
To use:
1. Clean surfaces.
2. Remove the cap and cut the tip off the cartridge.
3. Screw the nozzle on the thread and insert the cartridge into the gun.
4. Apply RE-NEW to the joint (over the existing sealant), keeping the nozzle at a 45° angle.
5. Ensure both wings of the nozzle touch the adjacent surfaces during the application.
6. To correct, pass nozzle again.
7. Periodically clean the excess sealant.
8. If you plan to reuse the product, make sure you clean the interior of the nozzle under pressured jet of water to remove all silicone residues. Replace the white cap on the cartridge.
9. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
