Taylors Eye Witness Quantum Fibreglass Handle Nakiri Knife – 17.5cm / 7” Blade. Premium High Hardness Exotic VG-10 Super Core, Between 66 Premium Steel Alloy Layers, Damascus Hamaguriba Grind Profile.

$0.00

✅ BLADE – A premium exotic alloy 10Cr15CoMoV – VG-10 steel core, Super-Steel containing 1% carbon creating an extremely hard cutting edge, sandwiched between 66 layers of 2 alloys of premium blade steel. The process exploits the alloy properties for the ideal combination of hardness, flexibility & corrosion resistance. The classic convex “hamaguriba” taper profile grind, exposes minute variations in thickness of the layers revealing stunning patterns, characteristic of Damascus steel.
✅ PRECISION CUTTING: Featuring a long, strong blade with a square tip for safety. Use in an ‘up-down’ movement, specially designed for vegetables. Perfect for slicing, dicing, mincing, chopping and cutting where control is essential. Great for medium to large sized fruits and veg such as onions, mangoes, avocados, aubergine and sharp enough to handle even the toughest cuts such as butternut squash and melon, pushing straight down through to the chopping board in one easy motion.
✅ HANDLE – Made using elegant, touch, military grade G10 Fibreglass, a high-pressure laminate of composite material. Created by stacking multiple layers of glass cloth soaked in epoxy resin and compressed under heat until the epoxy cures hard. This not only results in an amazing deep black look and comfortable grip feel, but it makes the handle super strong and water resistant. High gloss triple rivets fixings, one mosaic, lead to a steel butt topping off their luxury aesthetics.
✅ KITCHEN TALKING POINT – This range, designed here in the UK, is truly unique. An exquisite, high end, hand finished/detailed set of working knives for home cook enthusiasts to professional Mitchelin star chefs. Stunning on display or in use, in any restaurant, cafe or house. Complete the set (All Purpose Utility, Santoku, Chefs/cooks & Nakiri Knife) for best results and create a wow factor while cooking up a delicious meal, bringing style and pleasure back into chopping vegetables.

Quality confidence is shown in this range by a LIFETIME warranty. If your professional Quantum knife should become defective, we will repair or replace it.
