Description
A920 short drill from Dormer is available in an extensive range of fractional and metric diameter. Part of Dormer’s PFX range of drills, the A920 has a parabolic flute design which means deeper holes can be drilled in a single pass. The tool is made from High speed cobalt and can be used to drill a number of different materials including aluminium, steels and stainless steel, whilst the bright finish means work piece material will not stick to the cutting edge of the tool. The A920 has a 130 degree point angle which helps to self-centre the tool on the hole and means less force is needed to drill into the work piece. The A920 PFX drill is a good performance tool and produces good quality and accurate holes (to H10 hole tolerance) even at high speeds and feeds.
