No. 389: artfully designed necklace pendant “whale shark” made of 925 sterling silver. The pendant is partially blackened, the eyelet runs across the tail fin. Dimensions: approx. 35 mm high x approx. 13 mm wide, inner diameter of the eyelet: approx. 3 mm. Weight: approx. 3.4 g Background: whale sharks are about 14 meters long. This means that they are the biggest sharks and at the same time the biggest fish in the oceans. The cartilage fish filter their food from the sea and can grow up to 100 years old.
