Manual Strapping Tensioner Cutter and Sealer is a multipurpose strapping tool set for both polypropylene( Poly / PP )and polyester( PET ). Features: – Strengh saving design; Skid-proof handle. – An ideal hand tool set for strapping, sealing and packing. – Tensioner is for Width 1/2″-3/4″ Polyproplyn and polyester Plasticstrap Cord. Can be used on different types of strapping. PP/PET Strap recommend from 1/2 to 3/4 inch width and open seal of the same size. (Fiber strap is NOT suitable!) – Sealer for 3/4″ strap width. – The tensioner is built with a cutter inside to improve work efficiency, tightening and cutting in one step. – Edge protectors are recommended to help spread the load at corners and reduce damage to the load from the tensioned strapage included: 1x Poly Strapping Tensioner 1x SealerHOW TO STRAPPING: 1. Squeeze the handle to lift the gripping jaw 2. Thread the free end of the strap through the back of the tool under the gripping jaw, leaving approximately 1″ of overhang front of the tool. 3. Wrap the strap around the load 4. Take the end of the strap still attaching to the coil and thread it through the cutter housing and the shaft slot 5. Push the handle forward and back repeatedly to fasten strap. 6. Place seal on both straps and using the sealer to crimp 7.
