Description
Brazed (VB) diamond bits are professionally manufactured for dry or wet drilling on all types of hard porcelain, ceramic, tile, especially porcelain stoneware and other cladding materials such as marble and granite, with high efficiency and a longer life.
With our special VB technology, NBB VB diamond drill bits in HEX shank can be used directly on a CORDLESS PISTOL DRILL (a corded pistol drill is better).
The recommended RPM to use will be 2,000RPM to 3,000RPM (with higher RPM than 2,600RPM, the performance will be also better).
ATTENTION:
1. When you use the NBB VB diamond drill bit, NEVER apply the hammer mode.
2. Before making a new perforation, MAKE SURE that the bit is installed on the machine correctly, firmly without any vibration.
3. MAKE SURE the RPM of the machine is above 700RPM.
4. If the NBB VB diamond drill bit is used on a CORDLESS machine, MAKE SURE the battery of the pistol drill is fully charged before drilling.
(only the fully charged battery can ensure the working power and RPM of the machine. Low battery will affect the actual RPM, even the performance and working life of the NBB VB diamond drill bit.)
According to our test experience, the normal 1.5Ah lithium battery cannot end the life of the NBB VB diamond drill bit. , so a new battery must be replaced promptly.(4,0Ah Li-lon battery will be better)
4. DO NOT apply horizontal force when drilling in the vertical direction, otherwise the drill may bend and affect the performance!
NBB VB diamond drill bits has the wax cooling system, which allows it to dry drilling on ceramic.
Water will help to extraly extend the working life.
The drilling depth is about 32mm (for dia.5-6mm)/ 40mm(for dia.8-16mm).
NBB VB diamond bits can be used to drill the necessary holes for water inlets, drains, light points, etc..
