- They are made from 2mm thick laser cut plexiglass and the mounting screws are covered with soft plastic so they will not damage your telescope when mounting a telescope. Depending on the model, they have an adjustment range of about 75mm-125mm in the aperture, which makes them very versatile.
- The masks grip the telescope tube gently but firmly with three brass screws which have soft transparent nylon cover to protect you valued telescope surface. This prevents slippage, whilst allowing the mask to remaining perfectly central. Because of this 3-post mounting, the mask remains centered, whilst fitting a wider range of telescopes.
