101-Octane offers whole main nozzle sets or individual nozzles for correct carburettor tuning. The nozzles are very precise and promise a successful tuning. In order for your engine to get the correct mixture of air and petrol, the nozzle must be correct. When nozzling the carburettor, first start with a nozzle that is too large, the engine should overgrease and significantly stutter. In small steps they become smaller until the engine run becomes round. For help the candle picture can be viewed as it should be dark to deer brown. For the respective gas area, which is to be controlled, approx. 20 km at a time without interruption. Then turn off the ignition and examine the candle picture. Each carburettor type has different nozzles (thread diameter and, if necessary, gradient). Therefore, we indicate in the heading and selection which nozzle type it is. Please choose the size you require. If in doubt, remove the old nozzle and measure the thread.
