COMMON PROBLEM Question 1: The product cannot be used or there is no signal output? Answer 1: Please check if the power indicator is on. If not, please make sure you have connected the power adapter. If the power indicator is on, check to see if the connected cable is loose, and then reconnect it. Question 2: The screen is flickering or the screen resolution is lower than the output port? Answer 2: The resolution assigns images according to the lowest standard. Example: If the resolution and the connected output signal source are 720P and 1080P, the splitter will automatically detect the EDID and automatically select 720P to ensure the signal is displayed normally in both devices. Question 3: Can’t display the 2160P signal? Answer 3: Please reconnect the two output devices, turn off the input device and wait 3-5 seconds, set the output resolution to 2160P and then set other output devices in the world. Question 4: The picture freezes on the screen? Answer 4: If the device has worked continuously for 5-8 hours, it is normal, in this case please restart the device. Question 5: Are there picture and sound problems on the HDMI display? Answer 5: Please use a standard HDMI cable (HDMI 1.4b, 19pin) to connect. Question 6: After switching off one of the two output devices, the other has no signal? Answer 6: If the resolutions of the two screens are different (ex. 1080P and 4K) it will take about 20 seconds for the new signal to be detected after turning off either of them.
