Hand wash only Ingredients: Water, sodium acetate To activate: Bend the metal plate several times. Make sure that the gel is not completely displaced with your fingers. The reaction causes the gel to crystallize, harden and heat up. Reuse: (When the bag containing the gel is cold and hard.) Carefully place the bag in a pot of boiling water. Simmer until the crystals in the bag have dissolved , about 10-15 minutes . Carefully remove from the boiling water and allow to cool. The bag can be reused dozens of times. Repeat the steps above. Only activate when cold! CAUTION: Do not bend the metal disc too much or break it, a firm snap is enough to start the reaction. The bag gets HOT! Do not place the bag directly on bare skin. Do not puncture the bag. If the bag is damaged, dispose of it responsibly. If contents come into direct contact with skin or eyes, rinse with running water. If swallowed, consult a doctor. Not suitable for diabetics or people with paralysis. Not for use on areas with sensitive skin. Do not put in the microwave or heat in a kettle.
