Please prepare your Coconut Bowl for extreme heat by rinsing in luke-warm water before use and do not apply naked flame directly to bowl.
Use a lighter to apply the flame to the sage sticks and hold for about 30 seconds. Blow out the flame and use the smoke to cleanse your room, sacred objects or physical body. Use a feather or smudge fan to spread the smoke if desired. Make sure to place the Coconut Bowl on a stable non-flammable surface and do not apply the flame to the bowl. Store the smudge sticks out of reach of children and animals. Once alight keep out of reach of children and animals as this product is a fire hazard.
