Other reflective tapes also attract attention at night. However, the fluorescent 3M 4080 reflective tape reliably delivers a very strong reflection of class RA3 and also has daylight properties. So these are optimal conditions if you want an item more visible around the clock. How does the fluorescent effect work? Incoming light is instantly converted into longer wave light during the day.
