【What is Mino ware?】 Mino ware is slightly different from potteries produced in other areas such as Kutani, Kyo ware, Arita ware, Shigaraki and Bizen, and does not have one style of pottery. Mino ware is a generic term for all ceramic ware produced in Mino (in particular Higashi-Mino (Eastern Mino)) region. Popular earthenware such as Oribe ware and Shino ware, they also produce porcelain ware. In fact, the region produces more than half of ceramic pottery ware produced and sold in Japan.

I purchased a dish rack that I could not assemble for the life of me. It may have been missing parts or I could just be too stupid. The written instructions were inscrutable and the YouTube videos I watched were ridiculously unhelpful, since they skipped showing the actual assembly. I communicated with customer service and they agreed to issue a 50% discount and allowed me to keep the rack. As I told them, I will recycle the rack since it is useless to me.
