How To Use: 1. Please charge it before first use.
2. Install the host on the belt.
3. Wet the skin of the use part with water (to make the micro current output uniform, no prickling sensation).
4. Align the conductor on the back of the belt with the use part. Wear it in contact with skin. Adjust the hook and loop fasteners to make it tight. This product should be used close to the skin. When the host cannot detect the conductor, it will automatically shut down. Each mode of the product is used for a period of 20 minutes, and will be automatically closed over time. If you need to keep using it, just open it again. Press + to start the host mode, and the indicator is on. Press the M key each time to switch one mode. Mode 1-12 cycles
5. Press the + key to start working, and then press the + key to adjust the strength. Click to increase one level. Press – to reduce the strength, press once to reduce one level.
