This product does not support the wrist and does not fix the whole thumb in a set position. It specifically minimises movement at the base of the thumb (CMC-1 joint). - SIZING GUIDANCE: The size selection is based on on the diameter of your palm. There is an overlap in palm diameter for each support size and generally speaking we find customers get better support when choosing the smallest size that will fit their palm.
