Do not leave in the heat. Store in a dry and cool place. To wash it off use a dry tissue/towel to remove the coating. You may also use warm water with soap/make-up remover/tonic. It can stain the clothes. This is a natural product – thus, the appearance is not uniform and may vary from one stick to another. During the filling process, bubbles or cracks may remain, which is not a problem and does not affect the quality of the product.
