Description
This paint is designed to be used as the base coat for a project. It provides a strong base to ensure the perfect adhesion of the enamel spray on difficult surfaces such as plastics and metals which otherwise would be unpaintable. It protects metal surfaces from rust and it can easily be painted over. On cars it covers small imperfections and scratches. It is dry to the touch approximately 15 minutes after use and its completely dry approximately 45 minutes after application. To be painted over only when completely dry.
