AMT Gastroguss GN 1/1 Baking Tray 53 x 32.5 cm Perforated Coated Cast Aluminium Pack of 2 5333BBL-1 The baking tray set consists of two perforated baking trays, suitable for smooth longitudinal and transverse insertion. They are heat resistant and warp-free up to 260°C. Thanks to the specially developed lotan surface finish, food does not stick. The sheets are particularly easy to stack thanks to their special shape – protects the surface and saves space. Material: die-cast aluminium (aluminium alloy), dishwasher-safe, except granulate and sheet metal cleaning machines, easy-care, neutral in taste. The thin cast baking trays ensure very good heat distribution and quick heating with up to 30% time and energy savings. No release agent or baking paper required
