Very solid and very easy to install designed for wood beam, you can also use it for concrete ceiling or steel beam, the bracket itself will work but it doesn’t have screws for concrete ceiling and steel beam in the set, you would have to rig that up separatel. The spring is open of both ends. This spring reduces the impact on your bracket. It works well in absorbing the impact for a 200 lbs heavy bag.
