Directions
1Use manicure prep pad to clean nail bed and remove oil and dirt, push back cuticles, and shape nails 2 Select a strip that best matches your nail size If you are between sizes, choose the smaller one 3 Firmly press and smooth the strip, applying extra pressure along the free edge of the nail and remove top clear film 4Using long firm strokes, file in a single direction from top to bottom across the free edge of the nail 5 Cure under LED lamp for 30 seconds or cure for 1 minute if using UV lamp
