We offer 100% satisfaction if you are not happy with our products we will refund you no questions as long as the goods are in the condition they are received in unused and reported within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return postage once the item is received back we will refund less our P&P costs. We do not sell coals, pebbles or logs for any individual fires as each company has their own spares usually available. Our coals, pebbles and logs are direct from UK RCF manufactures and often are the exact product that would have been supplied with the fire, however due to the warranty offered by the fire manufacturers they will only recommend spares purchased directly from themselves. The products on offer are not designed to fit specific fires, although they have been found to be suitable for a wide range of gas fires.
