HYALURONIC ACID is a molecule naturally present in our body and acts as a cushioning and lubrication agent for our joints, nerves, skin, hair, and eyes. Essentially it is extremely beneficial for our skin because it is a moisture binder. This powerful molecule can draw moisture from the air to your skin, and hold 1000 times its weight in water. It attaches itself to the water in your cells making them look plump, radiant and bouncy.
Because it is such a powerful hydrating ingredient it is incredible for all skin types, but especially dry skin. Keeping the skin hydrated allows it to be helpful in the reduction of the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines but also speeds up wound healing.
