5-Minute workout for the entire face The BEISS Jaw-Trainer is for all fitness enthusiasts, who are looking for an aesthetic and youthful look. It’s a hands-free workout for everywhere, which just takes a few minutes and activates all important facial muscles. Instructions Put the chew alongside between your front teeth (incisors and canines) and slowly bite on it, keep the tension for a moment (2 seconds) und release back to relaxed position. Control the bite pressure, so you don’t damage the silicone (no bite marks). Repeat about 30 – 50x this sequence until a light swelling of your facial muscles. Depending on your training progress increase the amount of repetitions or sets (pause between sets for 1 minute). After your first training sessions a light muscle soreness can occur in the next days – training goal achieved! At the beginning you might feel a gag reflex and increased salivation, which will disappear after some time. You can minimize these effects by keeping your mouth closed as much as possible and by not training immediately after eating. Tips: ✅ Train in front of a mirror and focus on your muscle tension ✅ Train at least 5x per week ✅ You can trim the length of your chew as you wish Cleaning Clean the chew with washing-up liquid and submerge the chew into a cup of hot water (after boiling) for 1 minute.
