Or use it for your second shot. 4. It is recommended to increase the water temperature 2-4°C for use. *The contact shower screen will slightly absorb heat about 2°C. *As the extraction is more homogeneous, odours are eliminated. Some people may feel that a little concentration is missing, so the extraction can be increased by a further 2°C. It can be pulled up to a maximum of 3-4°C, as we have recommended after many experiments, although different users can try different conditions for different beans.
