Connect the charger adapter to the digital power controller. 3all the Cartridge Needles on the pen. 4 press the power key for about 3 seconds to turn on digital power controller. The display is on with the default output frequency 120 RPM. 5te the pen to adjust the length of needles. 6s the button -/+ to adjust the machine output frequency. 7s the Power Key again to turn off the machine.
