Description
Each exercise is named and its level is indicated as beginner or intermediate, and spring settings are suggested, based on a classical reformer with four equal springs. Each photo demonstrates precise classical technique by Kirk James Smith in beautiful black and white photos taken by photographer Stephen Rowson. Please note, this poster includes only those exercises traditionally considered to be “beginner” and “intermediate” exercises. We chose to prioritize these exercises and present them largely and with great clarity, because we feel it is this stage of learning which students must attain in order to become safe to work with increasing independence. At the same time, we do think completeness of presentation is important, so a “complete Reformer” poster is in the works.
