Defender by Contactum offers a complete range of metal consumer units and devices for domestic household premises. With IP4X rated protection, combining non-combustible enclosures (all metal) with a modern sleek design, it is suitable for all installations. Tails gland and flame retardant cable entry grommets for outgoing circuits are available. The cable entry knockouts are positioned on the top, bottom, left, right and rear allowing easy installation and wiring. It is fully compliant to BS7671 Amendment 3 and tested in accordance with EN 61439-3. Defender by Contactum offers a wide range of enclosures (switch disconnect incomer consumer units, RCD incomer consumer units, split load consumer units, flexible high integrity split load dual RCD consumer units, populated high integrity split load dual RCD consumer units, shower time & delay RCD & empty enclosures) and circuit protection devices such as DP isolators, MCB’s, RCD’s, RCBO’s, time switches and light sensors to meet all potential requirements.
