Description

Baking Tray or Swill Roll Tin made from heavy duty steel, with high performance, PFOA free, non-stick coating so easy release and easy to clean. It is 43.5cm long and 30cm wide with a 2cm high lip all round the edge. The internal dimensions are 38.5 cm long, 26.5cm wide and 2cm high so that would be the finished size of your Swiss Roll before you roll it. Rolled edges for extra stability and support against warping. Nice large size ideal for baking cookies, biscuits and scones and as well as Swill Rolls and Roulades.
