Extreme energy for one or a regular meal for two. Chicken and rice with vegetables in a Thai Green curry sauce. Ingredients: rice (37%), vegetables (29%) (onions, peas, mixed peppers), cooked chicken (14%), coconut milk, rapeseed oil, Thai Green curry paste (1.38%) ( Green chilli, lemongrass, lemon juice (sulphur dioxide), coriander, garlic puree, Ginger puree, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, ground coriander) corn flour, garlic, salt. Allergen information: contains sulphur dioxide in lemon juice preparation: remove the oxygen absorber* (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add up to 575ml hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate. Remarks: cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer. The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. Do not eat.
