Product Features The durable, microprismatic, retroreflective 983 Series is designed to outline vehicles for increased visibility and attention in accordance with UN/ECE 104. The 983 Series is coated with a permanent adhesive for bonding to solid surfaces. The film is resistant to petrol fumes and occasional fuel spills. It also reflects when wet.
