I purchased a dish rack that I could not assemble for the life of me. It may have been missing parts or I could just be too stupid. The written instructions were inscrutable and the YouTube videos I watched were ridiculously unhelpful, since they skipped showing the actual assembly. I communicated with customer service and they agreed to issue a 50% discount and allowed me to keep the rack. As I told them, I will recycle the rack since it is useless to me.

We purchased a TAIMIKO Commercial Kitchen Knee Operated Hand Wash Sink. It was the best price we could find even with shipping to NZ.
