Kinking with hoses.Cheaper thin hoses will kink as they cannot support their own weight and has no strengthening nylon mesh.All hoses will kink if you try hard enough however when a hose is new kinking will be worse until the hose looses its inbuilt memory of being coiled.When you receive you hose you should allow it to warm up before unwrapping or put some warm water through it .When warmed up slowly uncoil the hose-do not just pull it as you will end up with a knotted mess.After a few uses the hose will soften up and become much more pliable and kink resistant.Temperature will stiffen the hose and do not lleave water in the hose during frosty weather or at the least take any attached items off the end so the ice can expand out of the hose and prevent damage
