Our Beech Smokin’ wood chips are crafted using prunings from managed woodlands. Beechwood is a mild hardwood which will impart a delicate, slightly nutty, smoky flavour. Beechwood compliments poultry, pork and fish. Just imagine beech smoked salmon, beechwood pork sausages and beech smoked bacon! Wood smoking chips can be used on a charcoal BBQ in handfuls directly onto the coals or wrapped in a foil packet pierced with holes. The chips can be used in a smoker box which can also be used on a gas grill too!
