— 3D printing press-fit nuts can be installed into the tapered threaded hole by ultrasonic or heat or moulded in during injection.
–Brass Knurled thread inserts are for thermoplastics, the plastics PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP, etc.
–Melt thread has a high-precision thread compatible with the corresponding nut and a guide, so no counterbore or countersink is required.
–Insert into the hole, heat the thread insert press-fit nuts with a soldering iron. After heating, press in the threaded insert. Then cool and tighten the screws.
