  • – First inflate the lower air chamber with a manual air pump specially designed for inflatable products, and then the next chamber(s) in turn. – Do not inflate the product too much. Fill the product with air until the surface feels firm but not hard. If there is tension at the seams, the product is too inflated. If a seam begins to tense, immediately stop inflating and deflate to reduce pressure until there are no signs of tension at the seam.

I purchased a dish rack that I could not assemble for the life of me. It may have been missing parts or I could just be too stupid. The written instructions were inscrutable and the YouTube videos I watched were ridiculously unhelpful, since they skipped showing the actual assembly. I communicated with customer service and they agreed to issue a 50% discount and allowed me to keep the rack. As I told them, I will recycle the rack since it is useless to me.
